A man who was convicted of buying and selling Viagra was sentenced to four years in prison in Nevada, his lawyer said on Friday.
Robert Hylton, 34, of Jackson, was convicted in 2012 of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, possession of drugs without a license, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
The verdict was announced by U. S. District Judge John L. Molloy, who sentenced Hylton to serve a four-year prison term.
He was also ordered to pay $4,000 in restitution and a $3,000 special assessment on the drug-purchaser business.
Molloy was released from prison in 2017. He faces a maximum penalty of three years in prison and a $5 million fine.
Hylton, a retired teacher, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He is accused of operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance without a license.
Hylton, who served as a teacher, is scheduled to be sentenced on October 15 at a Nevada compound.

It’s not uncommon for health experts to express their concern about the safety of erectile dysfunction drugs in the context of the NHS. This concern, however, does not apply to the drugs which are widely used to treat sexual dysfunction.
A new study in theJournal of Sexual Medicinefound that Viagra was linked to side effects such as headache, flushing, and back pain, which is commonly linked to the medication. The study, which was published in the journal, examined data from 3,300 men aged 40 and over who had been prescribed sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra. This is the second study to examine the impact of Viagra on the safety of erectile dysfunction drugs, and has been a subject of much interest.
However, it is not clear how Viagra affected men’s sexual performance or affected their relationships. In a study of men with erectile dysfunction who were prescribed Viagra, the researchers found that men who took Viagra had reduced performance in terms of their ability to achieve orgasm. However, it was not as commonly associated with this adverse effect.
The authors found that Viagra did not have a significant impact on men’s sexual performance or their relationships. However, Viagra was linked to a drop in blood pressure in the men who took it.
However, the researchers did not see significant differences between the men who took Viagra and those who did not.
